1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of www.newbusinessaccount.co.uk. By using the site you accept them.

2. Who we are

New Business Account is an independent website. We are not Tide, we are not owned by Tide, and we do not act as Tide's agent. Tide is a trading name of Tide Platform Limited and its associated companies.

3. The referral offer

The Tide NEW200 offer pays up to £200 cashback to new Tide business account members across two independent steps: £75 for spending £100 on your Tide card within 30 days of opening, and £125 for depositing £5,000 into Tide Instant Saver within 7 days of opening and holding it for one month.

The offer is open to new Tide business account members only, aged 18 or over, operating a UK sole trader, limited company or partnership. Existing and previous Tide members are excluded.

The account must be opened using the referral link provided on this site. Rewards cannot be added to an account opened without a referral link.

The offer is provided and paid entirely by Tide. Tide sets the qualifying conditions, verifies them and makes the payment. Tide may vary, suspend or withdraw the offer at any time. Tide's own offer terms take priority over anything stated on this site.

4. Referral disclosure

We may receive a referral reward from Tide when you open an account through a link on this site. This costs you nothing and does not reduce the reward you receive.

5. No advice

The content on this site is general information only. It is not financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Take independent professional advice before making a financial decision. Any cashback you receive in a business capacity may be taxable — speak to your accountant.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Tide and its logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used here for identification only.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
